PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image photographing processing system capable of providing information useful for efficiently using a medical image information generator or the like, contributing to the efficient operation of medical facilities such as hospitals and facilitating the maintenance of equipment, and to provide a medical image processor and a program for the medical image processor.

SOLUTION: The medical image photographing processing system is constituted by connecting through a network a management device for generating and managing a photographing order, the medical image information generator for generating the medical image information of a patient for whom photographing is performed and the medical image processor for receiving image information and/or auxiliary information relating to the image information from the management device and/or the medical image information generator and transmitting the information to other devices after image processing. The medical image processor 2 is provided with an information means 44 for generating and recording the information relating to the reception and/or processing of the image information and/or the auxiliary information and a controller 21 for performing an analysis processing relating to the medical image photographing processing system on the basis of the information recorded in the information means and transmitting relating information based on the result to a prescribed device inside the medical image photographing processing system on the basis of the result of the analysis processing.
