<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an erasure process of a file to be printed after a printing process different to a printing request from one printer disposed in each base, according to a preset security level in each base. <P>SOLUTION: A security level different in each base (establishment, branch office) wherein a plurality of printers are managed, or in each base and each file is set.
