PURPOSE:To obtain time information without increasing the volume of information communicated between remote monitors/controllers by providing a time information adder for adding a time, obtained by subtracting an inherent time necessary for reaching to a remote monitor/controller in a control station from current computor time, to information transmitted from a station to be controlled. CONSTITUTION:The time required for transmission of information from a machine to be monitored/controlled to a control station has an approximately constant inherent value which is determined for each facing, status change signal. A remote monitor/ controller B in a control station receives the time of a CPU clock 9 in a computor C with predetermined period. When some information is transmitted from a station to be controlled to the control station, a time information adder 10 reads out the inherent time from a memory section 11 if the transmitted information requires the occurring time. The information is then transmitted to the computor C with time information, obtained by subtracting the inherent time from the computor time of the CPU clock 9, being added. By such arrangement, time information can be obtained without increasing the volume of information communicated between remote monitors/ controllers A, B.
