PHTHALATE BASED POLYOL COMPOSITION FOR URETHANE, ISOCYANURATE FOAM AND METHOD OF PROCESS THEREOF

Provided is a polyester polyol phthalate mixture, which has low viscosity despite the presence of many functional groups, and imparts various physical properties to polyurethane or polyisocyanurate. The polyester polyol phthalate mixture for preparing polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foam is obtained by reacting 30-45 wt% of phthalic acid, 10-70 wt% of a polyhydric alcohol represented by the formula of HO-R^1-OH, and 0-60 wt% of a polyhydric alcohol represented by the formula of HO-R^2-OH, wherein each of R^1 and R^2 is a C2-C10 alkylene, C2-C10 alkoxyalkylene or a hydroxyalkyl represented by a formula 4. In the formula 4, each of R and R' is a C1-C4 alkyl; each of R" and R"' is H, OH, a C1-C4 alkyl or C1-C4 hydroxyalkyl; n is an integer of 0-3; and m is an integer of 2-10.
