The invention relates to compounds of Formula (IIf) or a salt or solvate thereof, wherein R<3>, Het, X and Z<1> are as described in the specification, pharmaceutical compositions containing them, their use in the preparation of a medicament for the treatment or prevention of a disease condition mediated through glucokinase (GLK), such as type 2 diabetes, and methods for their preparation.
