A method for treating the chronic catarrhal gingivitis in the children inhabiting the nitrate-contaminated territories comprises the sanitation and the hygiene of the oral cavity, the topical use of antiseptic and anti-inflammatory drug, the topical antioxidant and immunocorrection therapy. As the antioxidant and immunocorrection drugs, Proteflazid and Immunoflazid are used.
