A method of storing the volatile liquids in the reservoirs connected by gas-equalizing system involves filling of reservoirs with volatile liquid and its discharge from the reservoirs, displacement of air-steam mixture between the reservoirs and its collection by connection of the gas spaces of reservoirs with the volatile liquid to the gas collectors, each of which is made in the form of a soft elastic reservoir. Soft elastic reservoirs are made from synthetic material manufactured on the basis of polyolefin polymers.
