COLOR FILTER ARRAY AND CMOS IMAGE SENSER INCLUDING THEREOF

A color filter array and a CMOS image sensor having the same are provided to reduce an influence of cross-talk and improve photosensitivity by using yellow, green and cyan filters. An image sensor includes a color filter array(8) with plural color filters(10), and plural pixels each corresponding to the color filter. A wavelength of any one of the pixels is changed by other pixels around the pixel, the color filter corresponding to the pixel with the changed wavelength is formed by combining plural pigments to compensate the changed wavelength. The color filter array has a yellow filter(4) at a first quadrant, a green filter(2) at second and fourth quadrants and a cyan filter(6) at a third quadrant.
