A method of manufacturing a keypad is provided to easily form a pattern in the keypad by using a plastic film as a keypad body composed of a front housing and the keypad. A method of manufacturing a keypad includes the steps of: providing a plastic film(100); preparing for a mold(300) having a predetermined pattern; applying a coating layer to the mold having the predetermined pattern; and forming a coating layer pattern including keys of the keypad, identification symbols formed on the keys, and separation lines for separating lines on the plastic film by coupling the coating layer applied onto the mold of the predetermined pattern with the plastic film. The step of coupling the coating layer applied onto the mold of the predetermined pattern includes the steps of: positioning the mold applied with the coating layer in a lower part of the plastic film; contacting the plastic film and the coating layer to each other by moving the mold applied with the coating layer to an upper part; hardening the coating layer; and separating the mold from the plastic film.
