PRESS DIE FOR HIGH FREQUENCY AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a distortion of a die at the time of molding and improve accuracy of an original sheet to an uneven pattern, by a method wherein the title die is constituted of a die main body made of silicone rubber having a shaping surface of the uneven pattern and a rigid reinforcement material having a through hole and at least a part of the reinforcement material is buried into the die main body and they are unified with each other. CONSTITUTION:A template is formed by putting a frame 8 on an original sheet 6 having a pattern of a desired form, into which a fluid or semi-fluid silicone rubber 7 is cast. If is preferable that the casting silicone rubber 7 is made into a thickness of not exceeding 5mm. Then a reinforcement material 4 is put on the surface of the silicone rubber to be cast. The silicone rubber 7 is either solidified after burying the reinforcement material 4 into a silicone rubber layer while the silicone rubber 7 is uncured or solidified after burying the reinforcement material 4 into the same by casting the same over the reinforcement material 4. A press die is obtained by releasing the silicone rubber from the original sheet 6 after solidification of the silicone rubber.
