FIELD: wind-power engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: wind wheel turn regulator has blades attached to shaft of wind wheel and automatic control system. Blades are connected with bell-cranks which are in turn connected with nut through draughts; nut is disposed onto screw shaft. Regulator additionally has electromagnet braking clutches nuts relatively shaft of wind wheel and nut in relation to motionless part of wind-power engine as well as screw shaft in relation to motionless part of wind-power engine; clutches are connected with automatic control system. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of wind-power engine; simplified design; reduced cost of structure. ^ 3 dwg
