A fixing clip is provided to improve productivity by fixing the fix clip to a vehicle frame in a state attached by a nut. A fixing clip comprises a nut(60) and a holder(70). The nut is bolt-coupled to a component mounted in a vehicle frame formed with a fitting hole. The holder has a tip coupled to the nut, and is capable of being fixed to the vehicle frame. The holder is made of a magnetic body.
