An air cleaner for a baby carriage is provided to diffuse the clean air from a diffuser into the baby carriage through a pipe after obtaining clean air by passing air containing contaminants through an inner filter of a body mounted on a frame of the baby carriage. In an air cleaner which has a body(2) including an upper part(4) and a lower part(6), and in which a blower(10) and a filter(62) are installed, an air cleaner for a baby carriage comprises: a circular arc-shaped groove(14) vertically formed on a backside of the body; a pair of rings(16) integrally formed on a top portion of the circular arc-shaped groove; a binding belt(18) which is installed in a state that the binding belt is inserted into the rings, and which has Velcro fasteners adhered to both end portions thereof; and pipes which are inserted into an air supply port(40) formed on one side of an upper part of the body such that the pipes are in communication with the body. The blower is driven by a battery(6) as a power source. The filter is housed in a lower part of the body to filter air sucked through a grille(60) formed on a bottom of the body. Further, the pipes are a pair of pipes for supplying air of which one part has a plug and the other part has a diffuser.
