PURPOSE: To obtain a composition capable of being made into a dosage form for pharmaceutically useful injection, stable for a long period of time under a refrigeration condition, by reconstituting a solution containing an ethyleneimine group-containing antineoplastic compound and a specific solvent as active ingredients with water. CONSTITUTION: A solution containing two components as active ingredients of (i) an effective amount of an antineoplastic compound containing ethyleneimine groups more than one group and (ii) an anhydrous water-miscible neutral or basic oxygen-containing pharmaceutically permissible solvent (especially the solvent is preferably a polyethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol 300, a dehydrated alcohol) is reconstituted with water. Triethylenethiophosphoramide, etc., are used as the antineoplastic compound. The amount of the solvent can be changed in an amount of >=50-90% W/V, especially 100% W/V. |
