<p>An electronic apparatus in which a circuit board where an electronic circuit is mounted is placed in an inner space of a housing. In the electronic apparatus, even if the housing is subjected to external force, the circuit board in the inner space in the housing is prevented from being damaged. A first housing (111) has a first cover (111a) and a second cover (111b). The inner space of the housing (111) is formed by the first and second covers (111a, 111b). A shield plate (300) extends in the inner space, between the circuit board (200) and the second cover (111b).
