PURPOSE:To obtain a fresh stock liquid of flavor and taste fitted to fancy at need by extracting a stock material in a stock preparing liquid and filling the stock liquid in a container. CONSTITUTION:Stock ingredients of a stock material, such as dried bonito or dried mackerel, are extracted by, as necessary, heating the stock material in a stock preparing liquid and the resultant stock liquid is preferably weighed and/or cooled and the filled in a container. |
