The bag e.g. rescue bag (1), has straps (5), floating plate (2) covered with a sealed fabric, and a empty pocket (3) for containing personal affairs, where the bag is sealed. The plate, pocket and straps are welded between them. The plate is made of foam, cork oak or plastic material. The length and width of the plate are same as those of the bag. An access unit (4) has a zip for closing the pocket, and a flange for ensuring sealing of the bag.
