A playlist editing method and a multimedia replaying device applying the same are provided to allow the user to edit playlist conveniently by providing various UI(User Interface) according to whether the contents displayed on the screen is registered. A playlist editing method comprises a step of displaying a list in which a plurality of contents are included(S210), a step of determining whether the specific content in the list is registered in a playlist(S220) when a specific command is input while the list is displayed, and a step of displaying a menu including contents registration state(S240).
