A coupling structure of the side impact pad and automobile door inner panel is provided to reduce the operation process and to save the manufacturing cost since the side impact pad is inserted in the door inner panel. A coupling structure of the side impact pad and automobile door inner panel comprises a door impact bar in which the door is not pushed inside the vehicle, a side impact pad(4) which is formed between the door impact bar and door inner panel(1) and absorbs impact, and a door module(10) which is installed at the door inner panel, and in which all kinds of the assemblies are installed inside. A recess(4a) is formed in the side impact pad. One surface of the side impact pad adheres closely to the inner surface of the door inner panel.
