PURPOSE:To perform various types of transactions in the proper ratio by calculating the time marks which a reflects the preference ranks of transactions based on the estimated processing time of each transaction and the present time and adding these calculated time marks to the transactions. CONSTITUTION:A processing time estimating device 1 estimates the time required for the end of each transaction. A time mark adding device 2 calculates the proper time mark based on the processing time of a transaction estimated by the device 1 and the present time and adds this calculated time mark to each transaction. Then the device 2 gives a transaction a time mark larger than the time when the transaction is started in consideration of the estimated processing time and based on the desired rank of preference to be given to the transaction. Thus it is possible to eliminate a problem of the time mark system where the possibility of end is reduced as the transaction scale increases. Then various types of transactions can be carried out in the proper ratio.
