The present invention relates to a learning and teaching system using participation-based children′s stories and a teaching method thereof. The purpose of the present invention is to improve the effectiveness of learning and teaching made through children′s stories by enhancing children′s concentration by inputting characters that a user easily recognizes into children′s story, making users participate in the video children′s story in person and synchronizing users with the video children′s story. To achieve the purpose, the present invention relating to a learning and teaching system capable of improving the effectiveness of learning or teaching by enabling children to understand the details of children′s stories online comprises: a database (20) for storing data on video children′s stories; and an operating server (10) for uploading a list of produced video children′s stories when a user completes logging-in, performing payment after the user completes selection, uploading images corresponding to characters in the selected video children′s story after the payment, providing the corresponding video children′s story for the user, and for improving user′s concentration by showing the characters that the user recognize easily.
