UNIVERSAL SERIAL BUS CONNECTOR WITH FUNCTION OF PREVENTING OVER CURRENT FLOW

According to the present invention, a universal serial bus (USB) connector with a function of preventing an overcurrent flow comprises: a housing member for embedding components of the connector; a base member disposed in the housing member to support connector terminals; and the connector terminals disposed on the base member. The connector terminal is formed by overlapping mutually two kinds of metals with thin plate shapes which are different. According to the present invention, the overcurrent flow in the USB connector can be blocked, thereby preventing damage to the USB connector due to the overcurrent flow and a resultant failure. Additionally, the flow of the overcurrent to the USB connector can be prevented with a simple change of a configuration without adding parts.
