Disclosed is a thermocompression apparatus for thermocompressing multiple materials. The thermocompression apparatus, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a lower thermocompression plate which is located at the very bottom and heats and compresses a first material disposed on the top thereof; a middle thermocompression plate which is located on the lower thermocompression plate and heats and compresses the first material and a second material disposed on the top thereof; an upper thermocompression plate which is located on the middle thermocompression plate and heats and compresses the second material; a first compression plate moving device which performs a relative movement of the lower thermocompression plate and middle thermocompression plate to initiate or stop thermocompression of the first material; and a second compression plate moving device, which performs a relative movement of the middle thermocompression plate and upper thermocompression plate to initiate or stop thermocompression of the second material. |
