The present invention relates to a heat resistant SAN resin, a preparation method thereof, and a heat resistant ABS resin composition comprising the same. According to the present invention, the heat resistant SAN resin composition has excellent aggregation characteristics and productivity during a preparation process of a heat resistant SAN resin through emulsion-polymerization, and maintains impact strength when applied to an ABS resin while having improved gloss and heat resistance. The heat resistant SAN resin comprises: a core having at least 140°C of glass transition temperature under the presence of a high molecular weight emulsifying agent; and a shell having glass transition temperature of 50 to 110°C under the presence of a high molecular weight emulsifying agent.
