According to the present invention, an organic light emitting display device is disclosed. More specifically, the present invention relates to the organic light emitting display device which realizes high sensitivity and a high viewing angle by improving a laminated structure as to an in-cell structure panel realizing a touch function and an image display function on one panel, and a method to manufacture the same. The organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention improves a viewing angle of an image while reducing a parasitic capacitance since a wide distance between a top electrode and a bottom electrode is assured and also a distance between a top substrate and a bottom substrate is minimized, by forming a touch electrode layer on the top substrate directly, wherein the touch electrode layer includes a touch wire and a touch electrode formed on the top substrate. |
