PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nutrient composition including an increased amount of nutrient, having acceptable physical and functional characteristics simultaneously, especially, to provide a method for masking discomfort flavor of leucine in the composition and a masked composition.SOLUTION: A method for producing a composition in which discomfort flavor of leucine included in the composition is masked, comprises a step for mixing whey protein micelle powder and additional leucine for forming whey protein powder, in which a total amount of the leucine in the composition is 20-40 mass% in the reference of a dry matter, and the whey protein powder contains the whey protein micelle of 20-80%. The whey protein powder has at least 50-100% of water binding capacity, and preferably includes the whey protein micelle and leucine by a weight ratio of 30:1-1:100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
