PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing pump that can be switched between a leg closing position and a leg opening position without increasing the number of components or altering the configuration of the mouth of a container body, and a container having the dispensing pump.SOLUTION: A dispensing pump comprises: a pump body 20 attached to a mouth part 7a of a container body 2 so as to be freely detached; a plurality of leg parts 33 extending downwards from the pump body 20, the leg parts 33 being elastically deformable between a leg opening position that is a natural state in which the leg opens wide obliquely downward from the pump body 30 and a leg closing position allowing the insertion of the mouth part 7a of the container body 2; locking means 34 configured such that the leg part 33 operated in a closing position by the mouth part 7a is locked in the leg locking position; and unlocking means 35 configured such that when the pump body 20 is attached to the container body 2, the unlocking means comes into contact with a bottom part 5 of the container body 2 and unlocks the leg part 33 from the locking means 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
