PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine capable of washing an outer tub evenly.SOLUTION: A washing machine includes: a housing; an outer tub supported in the housing and for storing water inside; an inner tub supported in the outer tub in a rotatable manner; and a driving device for rotationally driving the inner tub. A water storage part for storing water is formed on an upper surface of the inner tub. Water supply means for supplying water to the water storage part is provided. The water storage part is formed so as to be sandwiched by an inner peripheral side raised part and an outer peripheral side raised part, and depth of the water storage part is formed in such a manner that the outer peripheral side is deeper than the inner peripheral side with respect to a rotary shaft of the inner tub. By accelerating the rotation speed of the inner tub by driving the driving device, the water stored in the water storage part by supplying water by using the water supply means is dispersed to an inner peripheral wall of the outer tub.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
