PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality monitoring system, abnormality monitoring method, computer program, and abnormality monitoring device capable of suppressing erroneous detection to occur in response to a road state when an abnormality is detected in an imaging apparatus and a radio communication device by comparing the number of detected vehicles.SOLUTION: An abnormality monitoring system includes an imaging section, a communication section, a road observation section, the first count section, the second count section, a road state determination section, and an abnormality detection section. The imaging section acquires the image of a road. The communication section performs communication with on-vehicle units. The road observation section acquires state information indicating a road state. The first count section counts the first vehicle number by detecting vehicles from the image. The second count section counts the second vehicle number on the basis of communication with the on-vehicle units. The road state determination section acquires road information indicating a congestion degree of a road on the basis of the state information. The abnormality detection section acquires the proportion of vehicles mounting the on-vehicle units and detects an abnormality in the imaging section or the communication section on the basis of the first vehicle number, the second vehicle number, the road information, and the proportion of the vehicles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
