PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power supply system, a transmission equipment, a power supply method, and a power transmission method capable of performing an electric power supply when the transmission equipment detects a position of a power reception device and the power reception device exists in a power receptable area, without installing communication device to the power reception device.SOLUTION: A transmission equipment 1 generates a transmission PN code, and transmits a transmission PN signal based on the transmission PN code from an antenna 17. The transmission equipment 1 takes a correlation between the generated transmission PN code and a reception PN code obtained by a reflection signal of the transmitted transmission PN signal, and determines whether or not a power reception device 3 exists in a power receptable area. When the transmission equipment 1 determines that the power reception device 3 exists in the power receptable area based on such a determination result, the power transmission is performed in non-contact from the transmission equipment 1 to the power reception device 3, and an electric power is supplied to the power reception device 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
