PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous composite resin composition capable of forming a coating film excellent in initial stain resistance, weather resistance, and substrate followability.SOLUTION: The aqueous composite resin composition is used which contains: a composite resin (A) in which a polyurethane (a1) having a hydrophilic group and a vinyl polymer (a2) are bonded via a polysiloxane (a3); an organofluorine compound (B); and an aqueous medium. The mass ratio of a structure derived from the polysiloxane (a3) in the composite resin (A) is in the range of 15-55 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
