The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing an overdenture attachment, the apparatus including: a body unit that covers a crestal of an alveolar bone extending from a maxillary bone and surrounds a buccal bone surface and a tongue bone surface through a transalveolar part; a plurality of through-holes that passes through a part of the body unit corresponding the buccal bone surface and a part of the body unit corresponding to the tongue bone surface; and a fixing recess that is formed at a part corresponding to the transalveolar part of the body unit such that the overdenture attachment fixed to the alveolar bone is inserted into the fixing recess. Accordingly, the apparatus for fixing an overdenture attachment can be applied to a patient on which an implant overdenture cannot be performed because an amount of bone is insufficient as the width of the bone becomes narrower and the length of the bone becomes shorter due to loss of the alveolar bone that may be caused by a long time state of loss of teeth and use of a dentuare. |
