摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacture method of a mask frame having a step-compensating raise-type recyclable structure through 3D printing. The technological gist of the present invention is to process a newly manufactured mask frame to be recyclable, when a deposited mask (band or wire-shaped mask line) attached to the mask frame needs to be replaced or a pattern needs to be corrected due to a change of the product model. To this end, according to the present invention, by depositing an additional patching layer on a groove-fabricated surface by using a 3D printer without using a sealing filler made of different material from the mask frame, it is possible to raise a layer made of the same material prior to performing a step-compensating reprocessing. Through compensating the thickness of a mask frame and recycling the mask frame, corrections can be performed on the mask frame continuously. Also, costly mask frames are no longer discarded but reused, therefore the user can manage flexibly for pattern correction in case where there is a change in the product model of the client company. The present invention serves to prevent materials and resources from going to waste by recycling, which leads to a significant economical improvement and enhances the usability, applicability and productivity.
