The invention relates to a surgical tool holder (10) for attaching a surgical tool (30, 40) comprising: a handle body (1) including a proximal portion (6) and a distal portion (7) defined with respect to one another by an indentation (8); a means (9) for attaching a surgical tool located at the distal end (7) of the handle body (1); a striking mass (2) located at the end of the proximal portion (6) of said handle body (1). The surgical tool holder is characterised in that said striking mass (2), advantageously shaped like a comma or a circumflex accent, includes an upper portion (21) and a lower portion (24), said upper portion (21) including a striking area for femoral axial insertion (22) with a slightly curved or flat shape and extending along a first longitudinal axis (Β-Β'); and a striking area for valgus insertion in the axis of the handle of the rasp holder (23) with a substantially flat shape extending along a second longitudinal axis (Α-Α'), the angle α formed by the intersection of the first and second longitudinal axes (Β-Β'; A-A') being 20° to 50°, preferably 25° to 45°; and more preferably around 35°. |
