The present invention relates to an electrolysis device and a water treatment method using the same. More specifically, provided is an electrolysis device which includes: a sealed electrolyzer; a positive electrode plate installed in the electrolyzer; a negative electrode plate installed in the electrolyzer while being separated from the positive electrode plate; and a barrier installed between the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate. According to the present invention, the electrolysis device can increase water treatment efficiency and prevents corrosion and odor production.
