FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions includes a method for training, preventing and eliminating dysfunctions of the muscular-ligamentous apparatus of the cervical spine and a device for its implementation, refers to medicine, and to the field of sports and may be used for training and developing of the muscular-ligamentous apparatus of the cervical spine independently by any healthy person, and for preventing, rehabilitating and eliminating dysfunctions in patients that require non-surgical treatment. Device comprises an element that interacts with the jaws and is made in the shape of a bracket having a beam with at least one arm, onto which at least one spring is fixed. Method consists of the following: a patient bends his head and neck, swings them from side to side, from top to bottom, moves them forward and backward and diagonally, turns them, draws with his head and neck imaginary flat or three-dimensional spirals, eight and labyrinths clockwise and counterclockwise, or makes vibrating movements of the head and neck.
