PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary member that can be manufactured at a low cost, can reduce the weight, and can also secure the strength.SOLUTION: A rotary member 10 includes: a cylindrical body 11 made of a metal such as stainless steel that has a surface layer (not shown in the figure) for suppressing the reaction with an alkaline material; and a mixed member 12 that includes sand(aggregate) 12A, water (not shown in the figure), and a soil hardening agent 12B, is filled into the cylindrical body 11, and has a specific gravity lower than that of the cylindrical body 11. The soil hardening agent 12B includes more than 90 wt% of components of Portland cement such as calcium oxide and silica.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
