PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid developer that has low-temperature fixability and suppresses deformation of a thermoplastic resin film.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid developer that contains toner particles including a binder resin, a carrier liquid including a silicone oil in a content of 50 mass% or more and 100 mass% or less relative to the total amount of the carrier liquid, and a radiation polymerizable monomer that has a plasticizing function in a content of 0.1 mass% or more and 10 mass% or less relative to the toner particles.SELECTED DRAWING: None
