Disclosed is a laparoscopic operation device. The laparoscopic operation device according to the present invention comprises: a channel device having a channel formed in the upper side thereof to enable a laparoscopic operation tool to be longitudinally penetrated therein, and having an opening hole formed in the lower side thereof; a tube-shaped wound retractor coupled with the upper side of the opening hole in the lower side of the channel device, and communicating with the inside of the channel device; and a wound holder formed in a ring shape, and closely placed on the inner circumferential surface of the channel device by being interposed between the channel device and the wound retractor. The wound holder is formed to be harder than the wound retractor. According to the present invention, the wound holder formed to be harder than the wound retractor is coupled with the upper side of the channel device while supporting the wound retractor. Thus, even when the channel device and the wound retractor are excessively moved during a laparoscopic operation, a close contact between the channel device and the wound retractor can be maintained, thereby effectively preventing a leakage of gas. |
