The present invention relates to a respiratory organ-inflamed animal model, and to a use of the same. In particular, the present invention relates to a method for producing a pulmonary fibrosis animal model, wherein the method comprises a step of inducing pulmonary fibrosis by administrating a guanidine-based compound in an animal; an animal model having pulmonary fibrosis, wherein the animal model is produced by the method; and a method for screening a drug for preventing or treating pulmonary fibrosis by using the same. A pulmonary fibrosis animal model according to the present invention can be provided to accurately study pulmonary fibrosis and can be useful as a verification model for screening an aspiratory organ inflammation preventing or treating agent.
