PURPOSE:To obtain the subject aloe-extract containing components peculiar to an aloe without alternation, having a resistance to alternation due to a long- term storage and capable of providing beverages having an excellent flavor by heating leaf parts of the aloe in water at the boiling point. CONSTITUTION:By heating and boiling 2.5l water containing 1kg aloe leaves cut into pieces until the total amount of water is decreased to about 1/2, the objective extract is obtained. |
