EXAMPLE:WS-9326A expressed by formula III (R is formula IV). USE:An analgesic. The aimed compound further has pharmacological activity such as P substance antagonistic action, neurokinin A antagonistic action or neurokinin B antagonistic action. PREPARATION:For example, a compound expressed by formula V is cyclized to give a compound expressed by formula I in which R2 and R3 are bonded to form formula II. WS-9236A and/or WS-9236B producing microbial strain, e.g. Streptomyces violaceoniger No.9236 (FERM P-1667), belonging to the genus Streptomyces is cultured in a culture medium to provide the compound expressed by formula I. |
