PURPOSE:To enable a control resistant to the outside interference of an auxiliary power change, by predeterming the control method of a prescribed mode in controlling fuel cell using an improved fuel. CONSTITUTION:The output power PL of a fuel cell is calculated based on charging power PBT and auxiliary power PAX supplied to a secondary battery and to an auxiliary devices, respectively. When the auxiliary power PAX variation PAX is twice the second battery charging power PBT or more, the output power PL is controlled to keep at the prescribed power PR predetermined based on the heat quantity necessary for the cell. The control is made for instance through an addition element 112, etc., by the linear operation of the output power PL, and provided with a time lag element 119 to avoid the rapid change of a battery current. In the case of PAX<PBT, the auxiliary power P'AX after a comparison operation is the same as before the operation and the auxiliary power PAX variation PAX is absorbed in the charging power PBT. |
