PURPOSE:To lower the flash point of the developing soln. and to increase the developing speed of the original plate for the planographic printing plate as well as to enhance image reproducibility by incorporating an org. solvent, inorg. alkali agent and water into the developing soln. CONSTITUTION:This developing soln. is the processing liquid for the original plate for the planographic printing plate having a photosensitive layer contg. a binder resin (A) having an alcoholic or phenolic hydroxyl group of 10 to 300 acid value and a diazo compd. and a silicone rubber layer and is formed by incorporating the org. solvent (B), the inorg. alkali agent (C) and the water therein. Copolymers contg. 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate as a repeating unit, etc., are usable for the resin A. Diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, etc., are usable for the solvent B. Potassium silicate, etc., are usable for the alkali agent C. |
