Polyisocyanate mixture, which comprises of polyisocyanate compd. whose addition amount is 5-20 wt.% to that of elastomers, and phosphoric acid ester compd. that is phosphoric acid or phosphorous acid ester, and whose additon amount is 0.005-0.05 wt.% to that of polyisocyanate compd., is fed into polyure thane elastic molten materials which are made of molten pelletized polyurethane elastomers. The whole mixtures are mixed in static mixer, spun, wound and stored in normal temperature for 5-7 days, thus giving polyurethane elastic fiber.
