PURPOSE:To display the measuring value, set value and comparison result with an analog bar graph by comparing the measuring value with the set value and changing the range of the graph in accordance with the set value. CONSTITUTION:An unknown analog signal to be measured is inputted as an input 1, converted to a digital signal by an AD converter 2 and sent to a microprocessor 4 as the measuring value. Various functions of this meter are set by a switch part 3, so that a comparator function is set. At the same time, a High set value and a Low set value as a reference for comparison are inputted. These set values are compared with the measuring value from the converter 2 at the processor 4. The measuring value, set values and result of the comparison are indicated by a liquid crystal display device 5. The measuring value is indicated digitally by a measuring value 11, and with a bar graph by a measuring value 12. The set values are indicated by measuring values 13-16, specifically, the High set value is digitally indicated by the measuring value 13 and the Low set value is digitally indicated by the measuring value 15, and the analog set values are shown by the bar graphs 14, 16.
