PURPOSE:To set/change a key required for retrieving data when necessary by providing separately a data file and a key file, and registering an arbitrary key part and a key of the data file as a pair in the key file. CONSTITUTION:A key file 3 is a file for registering a key 2 of a data file 1 by coordinating to a key part 4 consisting of at least a result item code and its result code. In such a way, the key file 3 is provided separately from the data file 1, and the key 2 is set from a screen and registered by coordinating to the key part in accordance with necessity. Accordingly, the key part 4 being appropriate to an operation of health management system of a user is provided, and it becomes possible to detect at a high speed the result of the result item concerned by referring to the key part 4, and also, to detect at a high speed the data concerned (medical examination information) by retrieving the data file 1, based on the key 2 formed as a pair with the key part 4. |
