PURPOSE:To ensure sufficient room heating performance, even when an engine is placed in a condition of small heat generation amount, by increasing an idle target speed of the engine when it is placed in an idle condition simultaneously with required room heating performance in not less than a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:In an air conditioning device mounted to a vehicle, required room heating power is decided in not less than a predetermined value by the first means 101. While an idle condition of an engine, mounted to the vehicle, is decided by the second means 102. Further when the idle condition of the engine is decided, an engine speed is controlled so as to obtain a target idle speed by a means 103. When the engine is decided in the idle condition simultaneously with room heating power in not less than a predetermined value, an idle up command for increasing the target idle speed is output by a means 104. In this way, even in a condition of small engine heat generation amount, sufficient room heating performance is ensured. |
