The method comprises the continuous pneumatic injection moulding for uniting the connector housing with the lead wire in integrity. The apparatus includes a auto reel (2) for winding lead wire (R); air feeder (3) for feeding the wire; pneumatic injection moulder (4) mounted with forming mould (5) for combining housings (H)(H') of connector and auxiliary housing caps (D)(D') with the wire (R); wire cutting/ stripping device (6) mounted with cutting mould (7), for cutting and stripping the wire between the housing (H)(H') and the caps (D)(D'). The method prevents the shortness of core wire and the poor contact of a terminal from bent-up, bentdown, and the twist of coated wire.
