摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate frequency characteristics of a 90 deg. phase device, multipliers, etc., and to operate them at optional frequencies by providing AD converters, multipliers, etc., and performing orthogonal detection by digital signal processing by using Hilbert transforming devices. CONSTITUTION:An input signal g(s) to be computed and a coherent carrier signal g(c) are inputted to 1st and 2nd Hilbert transforming devices 11 and 13 through 1st and 2nd AD converters 10 and 12, and they are multiplied by a 3rd multiplier 16 after Hilbert transformation. Then the output of the multiplier 16 and the output of the 2nd multiplier 15 are added by a 1st adder 17, whose output is sent to a 1st divider 18. Then the divider 18 divides the output of the adder 17 by the output of a root extraction arithmetic circuit 24, a 2nd divider 25 divides the output of a subtracter 20 by the output of the circuit 24 to generate an in-phase output Vx and a quadrature output Vy. Thus, the orthogonal detection arithmetic by the digital signal processing is performed by using the transforming devices 11 and 13 to eliminate the frequency characteristics of the 90 deg. phase device, multipliers, etc., thereby enabling them to operate at optional frequencies.
